Q: Can just one person book on a program?
A: Yes, most of our courses are open. However, if there are several people in your organisation with the same training needs, talk to us about running an in-house program, it could be much more cost effective.
Q: What is a pre-course briefing?
A: For soft skills training programs we will send out a briefing sheet for you to discuss with your manager or supervisor. This ensures you have clear objectives for the training that are measurable and are relevant to your actual work situation.
Q: What are the support options?
A: Most training programs are not very effective because people don’t have the time to put the newly learned information into practice. The support options provide that post-training support in a variety of ways – you choose the one that suits you best. These include email follow up, telephone follow up, debriefing with your manager or supervisor, and post course coaching.
Q: How do I find out about the support options and sign up?
A: You will automatically receive one month’s free unlimited email support. If you require a personal support plan, please request this on 01252 758575 and we’ll arrange this for you.
Q: What happens if I book on a course then I can’t attend?
A: You can substitute another person right up to the last moment, but if you cancel altogether there is a sliding scale of cancellation fees depending on the length of time before the program that you cancel.

Q: When will you invoice me?
A: If you do not want to purchase on line, you can book over the phone and we will issue you with an invoice via email either to pay by direct transfer or credit card. You will need to specify payment method before we invoice you. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice and at least 7 days before the course.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due at time of booking and will be requested when using our on line booking facility.
Q: What guarantee do we have that the training will be effective?
A: Providing the pre-course work has been done, the delegate has attended the full program and a proper support program is followed we are so confident of positive results that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
