Sue Parsons has been delivering training to the workplace for over 13 years on a wide range of software applications. Originally working for various established training companies on a freelance basis, she also began writing training materials for a leading courseware company and by using her IT skills helped companies create their own unique computer systems.
Sue has also contracted as a Training Advisor and helped companies to implement the structure required to achieve respected quality standards such as ISO and accreditation status for various IT qualifications. Being a qualified ITQ Assessor, Sue has guided learners through the IT Qualification by providing training and support for individual needs.
Sue believes that everyone can improve their skills - whether it's a young person just starting out or an employee with many years' experience.
